I broke my nose a few years back, but never bothered to get any treatment. I didn't know it was affecting my sleep until recently. These have changed my life!! :-D I wear them as long as I can each day because I can breathe much better. I guess that means I should go get treatment, but that seems more expensive in the US than a lifetime supplies of strips!

I've been using these when I sleep for a few years now, and just the other night I forgot to put one on as I went to sleep. Boy, could I tell the difference. I don't understand why they make such a big difference, but they do. They don't interfere with my CPAP mask, which is especially nice.I use the clear extra-strength strips because the clear strips adhere well, but don't peel my skin off when I remove them in the morning like the pink ones do, and the extra-strength is big enough for my honkin' huge schnozz. They say most people don't need bigger/stronger strips, but I definitely do.
