30-Day Return Guarantee

At Wholesale-Central.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for a refund.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date your product was shipped.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@rtoutlet.com or use our Contact Us form.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Your Return

  • Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day return window.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or untrackable packages.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used during checkout.

If You Haven’t Received Your Refund

If your refund is delayed, please:

  1. Contact your credit card provider—some refunds can take up to 30 days to post.
  2. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@rtoutlet.com.

  • Final sale or clearance items

Wrong or Damaged Item Received

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will send you a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label.

Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items in case a shipping claim is required.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation prior to processing. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it after delivery following our return policy.
